Education and training is one of the most effective activities to direct a member to improvement, upward mobility and a sense of confidence on the job. In this era of downsizing and outsourcing, members without education benefits or security in their contracts welcome these resources. The Engage and Empower project provides an opportunity for members to further develop or learn new skills for the future. There is no cost for this program as it is a benefit of being a CWA member.
