AE content now available on the Benefits Center website; this will provide support/information around 2019 benefits.

Retiree news email outlining how retirees can enroll in their benefits and a checklist of how they can prepare.

AE is here/Time to enroll email

Reminder notification to retirees that they can go online to enroll.

Carrier disruption follow up letters (select audience)

Outreach to select retirees who have not actively engaged in enrollment and who may experience disruption due to change in networks.

10 days prior to appointment

Encourage appointment confirmation postcard

Postcard reminding retirees to confirm their appointment.

Confirmation of appointment by retiree via phone or Web

Appointment confirmation postcard

Postcard informs retirees that their appointment has been confirmed.

If confirmed less than 7 days from the appointment date, postcard will not be sent.

5 days prior to confirmed appointment

Courtesy reminder postcard

Postcard reminds retirees of their upcoming appointment.

If confirmed less than 7 days from the appointment date, postcard will not be sent.

Monday following the missed appointment

“We missed you” postcard

Postcard alerting retirees of their missed appointment and asking them to reschedule.

A certified letter notifying retiree that they have not engaged with the Exchange.
